DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Morrison uses Australia Post E Parcel Express Post service within the Australian network. These require signature on delivery and are traceable.
We will dispatch your order within 5 business days providing payment of your order processes successfully. Deliveries are sent out between normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm) Delivery timeframe is generally between 1-3 business days from date of dispatch.
When entering your delivery details online please ensure the details are full and correct. If you are having your order sent to a business address please include the name of the business.
We will do our best to keep to the timeframe above however occasionally delays may occur at peak times (Sale/VOSN/Boxing Day) If we are experiencing delays we will do our best to let you know.
We are happy to purchase transit cover for your order on your behalf at an additional cost. If you would like to add cover to your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can arrange this for you.
We are happy to ship internationally. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to place an order please contact us and we will assist you. For international deliveries we use Australia Post International Registered Post which is a sign on delivery service.
Please be aware that depending on your location and the value of your order you may be required to pay duties and taxes by your local government and customs office. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay these duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes.

Morrison uses Australia Post E Parcel Express Post service within the Australian network. This is a traceable and sign on delivery service. For international orders we use Australia Post International Registered Post which is a sign on delivery service.
Morrison dispatches orders from the head office in Fremantle. Therefore if your order is received on a Western Australian public holiday it will not be processed until the following business day.
Morrison recommends sending your order to an address where someone will be available to receive it between 9am – 5pm. If no one is at the specified delivery address when delivery is attempted Australia Post will leave a card directing you to a local post office for collection.
