DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Orders are processed daily (Monday – Friday) at our head office in Fremantle WA and dispatched within 5 business days upon successful payment.
$9.95 or free for orders over $300 AUD
All orders are shipped in an Express Post trackable satchel via Australia Post. Signature on delivery is a requirement for your parcel. If you are not present to receive the delivery, a card will be left, and the parcel will await collection at your Australia Post LPO.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday. If your order is received on a Western Australian public holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day.
Depending on stock availability the order will either be dispatched directly from our head office, or one of our Morrison Boutique stores. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to display movements on the Australia Post tracking system.
We do our best to keep to the timeframe above. However, please keep in mind delays can occur at peak sale time. If we are experiencing delays, we will contact you via the email address supplied on your order.
If you have supplied the incorrect delivery address, please make us aware by phone or email as soon possible. If your parcel has already been shipped there is a small window of time to redirect the parcel. However, if it comes back return to sender, you will be charged a re delivery fee of $20.00
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect is now available in all Morrison standalone stores.
Simply add items to your shopping bag and proceed to the checkout. If available, select Click & Collect and your preferred store as your delivery method.
Please note not all items online are available for Click & Collect. If the item/s is not located in your nearest store the Click & Collect option will not appear. Please place the order for delivery if you still wish to go ahead with your order.
Usually, within 1 Business Day, you will receive the ‘Ready for Collection’ email from Morrison. You may then head to your nominated store within 14 days to collect your order. Please bring your ‘Ready for Collection’ email with a valid photo ID.
Please be aware once you’ve placed your Click & Collect order, it cannot be changed or cancelled, as it will already be sent to the allocated store for picking.
Whilst we will do our best to ensure availability there may be instances where the item/s are out of stock at your selected store. In this case, a team member from E-Boutique will get in touch with you to organise your order/item from another location.
Can someone else collect the order? Yes! Please forward your ‘’ready for collection’’ email to the nominated person and inform us at email@example.com the name of the person collecting.
All international orders over $300.00 AUD are shipped free of charge. Orders $299.99 AUD and under will be charged at a flat rate of $20.00 AUD.
For all international deliveries we use Australia Post International Express Post Pack + Track. This service can take between 5-10 business days.
Please note: You may be required to pay duties, taxes, and/or fees by your local government and customs office. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay these duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes. There will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
If you need to update the delivery address prior to dispatch, please make us aware by phone or email as soon possible. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or update any information on the shipment. If a parcel comes back return to sender, you will be charged an international re delivery fee of $30.00 AUD + any other fees incurred.

International orders adhere to the same returns policy as Domestic orders. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our returns policy.
Morrison is not responsible for any damaged, missing, redirected, or stolen parcels if transit cover is not chosen and paid for during the international ordering process.
