About the Role
As Store Manager at Burnside , you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, inspiring your team to success, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will be empowered to make decisions, influence results, and create a positive and engaging culture that delivers both commercial success and outstanding customer outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent while fostering an inclusive and positive team culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through styling, client relationship management, in-store appointments, and VIP events.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, implementing commercial strategies, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage store operations including rostering, labour costs, inventory control, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand execution.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to support team success.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager within a fashion or lifestyle retail brand.
